Doc, in the end, I'm afraid an extra $9 Million dollars won't be enough to educate the public on DTV transition. After all, awareness is fine, but awareness does not equate to understanding. I work with people on a daily basis (in local TV, as do you), who have not the vaguest understanding what the DTV transition is, when it is their business to know.

Now, it's possible that I work with idiots...I'll not argue this point...
