A Daily Briefing on Iran - Regime Change Iran
|
|
Is there any confirmation of these Iranian claims of military technology now approaching "death ray" levels of capability in any reputable Western media sources? So far it's all been from Iranian state media, or Western media quoting Iranian state media. For all we know, this could be a total bluff.
I find this quote especially ominious, though:
"We are going to have very important news that will make our nation proud in the next few days."
Is it just me, or does it sound like they're gearing up for an atomic test?
If Iran tests even one nuke, I say we blow everything to hell with our own nukes.
I know that the Iranian people hate the tyrannical mullahs. But they had best do something about it very soon, or we'll be forced to turn their country into glass.

"We are going to have very important news that will make our nation proud in the next few days."
This does somehow imply that they may test a nuclear warhead, but I don't think their stupid when it comes to their own luxury.

This is all bullcrap. The only way I can see this happening is if Russia is pumping in a lot of money into Iran's defense industry hoping to have more influence in the Gulf. Even if they have this, it will be on the noisy Kilos!

I wonder if this new torpedo is as good as they say. Anyway, if they actually try a nuclear weapons test, that'd be interesting to see the response.

Matt do you suppose a Western nation, perhaps the US, might respond with an atomic bomb? Personally, I don't think they would.

Odds are they got the torpedo from Russia.

We wouldn't respond with an atomic bomb. The reason we used them against the Japanese during WWII at Hiroshima and Nagasaki was to convince the Japanese to surrender. We ended up saving 2 million Japanese lives and 1 million American lives that would have been lost during a ground invasion. Do live in Iran Anonymous? I'm just genuinely curious. If you do, you don't have to worry about us using a nuke against the innocent population.

You are paranoid people..Iran is a big country with no less enemy than Israel or the US.
Everybody from Mongols to Turks to Iraqies and the west have invaded/influenced iran for a long time and/or destroyed our homeland in the past. Iran needs to defend itself...What is wrong with that?

What is wrong Homayoun???
Are you asleep?
Mullahs are the problem. The islamo-fascist regime occupying Iran is the problem. They won't hesitate to blackmail the entire world into submission for their goal od islamist movement and its expansion. They would use the nukes on its own people to silence them and also they have continuously threatened the US and Israel and called for their destruction. Were are you? In the filthy mosques where they rant like animals????

Marjan is right. I don't think the regime gives a rat's behind about the Iranian people. Sure, Iran can defend itself; nobody has a problem with that. But the regime doesn't represent what Iranians are or Iran really is. They'd rather defend themselves than the people.

Thank you for responding to mu=y comment.
You are partially right Marjan.. however we should separate our dislike towards "Mullas running our country" and "our motherland itself". As much as I 'd love to witness Mullas removed, I believe that "Iran" (an entity which exists with or without Mullas) needs to be defended by us...I can't buy the argument that foreign forces will come to Iran for good...It is just absurd ...Maybe I am wrong but when it comes to defending the Iranian soil, I personally-with all my dislike towards Mullas-very much like to just forget what they have done to me and Iran and only focus on keeping the enemy out.

Homayoun: Are the anti-Iranian mullahs who rape and plunder Iranian national wealth and resources for only their own economic interest and preserving their own power to control the resources are not the enemies of Iran? Fourty percent of Iranians live under poverty level and substandard living condition in one the wealthiest oil-producing countries. Do you think keeping people poor intentionally to avoid creating a powerful middle class who will threaten mullah's stranghold on power is a friendly act of patrioritism and love of fellow countrymen? The mullahs spending millions of dollars to buy the loyalties of foriegn terrorist groups(Hezbollah, Hamas, etc.) because they don't have the support of their own people is not a hostile act toward Iranians and their own interest. Do you think becoming a cash cow for Russia and Germany displays patriortism and love of country?

"Everybody from Mongols to Turks to Iraqies and the west have invaded/influenced iran for a long time and/or destroyed our homeland in the past."
Homayoun: The main invaders are Arab muslim warriors (Arab Islamic attitude) that we, the Iranians, have been enduring for almost 13 centuries, can you get it right?

Homayoun, can't you see that Iran, our homeland, is in this dire straits precisely because of the reckless rule of the clan of mollas, the enemies from within that has plagued Iran for so long? If it wasn't for the foolhardy, criminal behavior and decisions of the mollas, would Iran be in the situation it is in today, where it has become a pariah state around the world and linked to terrorism and murder and mayhem inside and outside of the country? Who amongst us Iranians would have ever dreamed thirty years ago that Iran would one day be considered an "axis of evil" and a terrorist state and Iranians seen as terrorists????
No, the only enemies Iran has is right there inside that land, and THEY WILL TAKE THE COUNTRY TO HELL WITH THEM....if they are not stopped.

Thanks to my freedom loving friends parissa and Anonymous. Friends and lovers of Iran our land and Iranian nation.
The biggest enemy as you both rightfully put it is the filthy terrorist mullahs. Now, no Iranian would like his/her land be invaded for aay reason. But when we honestly and realistically look at the real problem and the real threats, the real threats lie within the islamic regime, because no matter what happens military strike or no military strike, the terrorist regime occupying Iran will take Iran and the world both down to anihilation.
So, it is our (the Iranian) duty and responsibility to stop the madness of the mullahs to inflict such armagadon onto us and the world. Right now.
The mullahs must be stopped now by Iranians and the support and unity of international community with a REAL show of unity against this dangerous regime and NO WHATSOEVER APPEASEMENT AND FLEXIBILITY towards this regime. Unless this really happens, unfortunately we'll be in situation whereas our choices will be extermely limited to military force. And that is why we Iranians must do whatever we can to do the job of removing this terrorist islamo-fascist regime before it is too late.
By far this is and has been the darkest period in our glorious history. And we should defend our land and our civilization FIRST BY REMOVING THIS CANCEROUS TERRORIST ISLAMO-FASCIST REGIME OCCUPYING IRAN AND BLACKMAILING AND THREATENING THE REST OF THE WORLD OUT AND THAT MUST BE DONE NOW BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE!!!!
As they say, behind every dark cloud lies a rainbow of light!!!!
We will be victorious and once again the courageous Iranian nation will show the rest of the world that not only we endured the most brutal and reprsessive rule of the past century, but we single handedly became triumphant against these barbarians!!!
Long Live Iran & Long Live Iranian's struggle to remove the islamist regime out of Iran our glorious land!!!

These torpedoes don't mean crap. US Los Angelos or Virgina Class SSNs would strike first before the noisy Kilo would detect them. Plus Iranian sub crews aren't as well trained as their American counterparts. Pakistani submarines could send the Iranian subs to their graves! But I think they got this kind of stuff from Russia. And if they did, that just shows how much Russia wants the mullahs to stay in power. DOWN WITH THE MULLAHS! FREE IRAN!

I'm forced to agree with PNC.
Let's try again, mates.
We have this Mullahs' regime, which finances terrorism worldwide.
We have 10 millions bassijs, that's not peanuts...
We have connexions with Al Qaeda, Badr's and Al Sadr's shiite militias, Hizbollah, Hamas and the original Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt, plus Lybia, each of them being able to operate everywhere in the world on a single green light.
And, last but not least, we have a wide country about to have the nuclear bomb.
If we try to solve this global problem by diplomatic means, we jeopardize 6.5 BILLIONS humans.
The IRI forces us to tolerate no risk.
Understand : we have no other solution than applying a zero tolerance strategy.
So, if they do not quickly calm down and I seriously doubt they will, we will indeed have no other solution but to turn the major towns of Iran into glass.
You have to understand this, mates : that regime change is much too long a process compared to the immediate threat and that this process is still far from being assured, Washington being trapped in Irak.
I'm really sorry, mates, really, for we have nothing against iranians, nothing. But we will never take such a risk. Never.

Homayoun, you speak in a way I know you are Iranian and really love Iran. I too will defend my country from the Americans and these scum in Los Angeles who talk big about 'freedom' but never do anything that might upset their access to liposuction and the asses of the neo-cons.
