Statements from the U.S., Germany, and England about seeking "diplomatic solutions" is music to Iran's ears. It equates to more time, more weapons, more terrorist-building opportunities. Russia and China have effectively emasculated the West in this issue. Iran's bluster is related to Russia's and China's stance. They know with a high degree of certainty that neither of these two countries will act against them. They have most likely been told this, hence the posturing without fear of retribution. None of this may matter though, as Iran's economy continues to weaken, and they ignore their people. Because of this, they will eventually fall from within, as is appropriate.
