I would really like you to get unsick, Jon.

PLEASE RESPECT MY WISHES

Hope you get better.

I'm sick too, and other people at work are dropping like flies too. There is something vicious going around.

FIGHT THE PLAGUE

That is, get well soon, bro.

If you require fine linens and/or rare and exotic foods and beverages, then this is the time to give a shout. The internet can make this happen. We will come through. Just say the word.

Gravatar Oh dear. I hope you feel better.

Keep a careful eye on things, make sure you know exactly the meds you're on and what they're for. I've been in your shoes, and sometimes doctors are stinky. Make sure YOU know what's up!! Power to the people! Even the sick ones!

Gravatar Hey Jon,
Get well soon. I really enjoy your site. You said it all - "ya gotta love dogs"!. So hurry up and get better so we can hear more "dog voices". Ciao'

Gravatar ugh, im *still* sorry that you feel like shit.
you work on the icepack technology, ill work on teleporter technology...

Gravatar I had no idea they still used penicillin. I thought that went out of style ages ago.

I get the feeling that some Dark Power™ is trying to take you out, because you are a Champion® and thus a threat. That, or your sheer Awesome content has been the only thing standing between the germs and your for-shit immune system.

However, I am not a doctor.

Gravatar Please don't die. We haven't been to Tiffins or Quizno's in a while.

Gravatar hang in, there, jon! my doctor said "at least 8 hours of sleep"! so i pass this to you. also, my vitamin guy said "out of all the aisles of pills we have, the best is vitamin c"

xo!

Gravatar shit dogg, you have to get better! I will send you positive vibrations from the midwest, but I'm not much of a hippy and it's far away; so I don't know, stand by a window or something. Make that 'lie comfortably by a window'.

Gravatar Jon...
if this persists, let me know, I'll see if I can get you the names of some good docs in the bay area.

When i was hospitalized with strep this past summer, it was an increasingly common antibiotic-resistant strain that got into my bloodstream. If it's a severe infection, you need to have it treated with antibiotics MUCH more advanced than penicillin, and quick. It can cause permanent damage to your heart, kidneys and circulatory system if left unchecked.

For the record, over 50% of cases of strep these days are resistant to penicilin, so I'm a little dubious of any doc who would put you on that when you had it so badly that you were in the hospital. I'd demand cipro or something if I were you.
