A word of advise: don't use the head & shoulders, it will just irritate your scalp and make life worse for your head.

Ugh, that always happens to me because my hair is thin and short. Try not to pick at it!

You know you want to pick it, Jon. You know you want to scratch. You KNOW you want to shake your head and watch a snowstorm unfold in front of your eyes, except the snow is YOUR
OWN
SKIN.

Lotion. A lot of it. With aloe. And also saran wrap. But mak certain that you use the lotion first, because I assume unless it is very effective lotion made mostly with some sort of stomach acid, it won't do a very good job of penetrating the saran wrap.
Oh. And It's going to hurt like hell. Just so as you know.

See, Jon, this is the one thing the classic "Rice Bowl" haircut had going for it -- UV protection. Your current styling, no matter how hip, does little in this regard.
I still can't believe you don't remember getting sunburned prepping for the graduation party. I posted more memory-joggers in response to the original post.
