"Wine for Cats" is not a bad business venture: the problem is that the cats won't drink it, or if they do, they're bad drunks.
The solution to the former problem is simple: Get a cheap Riesling, put some in a bowl, and throw in a can of tuna. Refrigerate for 24 hours, then strain out the tuna and serve cold.
The solution to the latter problem is catnip or marijuana, whichever you have handy.
