Gravatar What are the ingredients in the soup? Maybe something is sucking up all the liquid. Also, is it going at a rolling boil the entire time? Because that's unnecessary. Get it up to boiling and then put your heat on medium/low and it'll cook the same but not as much liquid will be lost.


Gravatar I simmer my soup once it's gotten up to boiling. Someone else had a different suggestion I'm'a try next time, I think it may be for winners!
