i'd get a nail file, that would work for your toes. you can file them down to the point where you can clip them. also it's better to file your fingernails than just clip them. but then again, i'm bad at filing my nails my right hand. bah.

Well, I'm not having trouble with my nails, I just find it weird that one side grows faster than the other side despite the fact that I trim them simultaneously.

Long time reader, first time commenter...
I think (although I'm not 100% sure) that often things on your dominant side (lefthanded or righthandedness) will grow faster...if you're righthanded, maybe this is why?

Yes, that's right, I've stopped lurking to talk about nail growth etc.
