Also, even though the containers look similar, I do not recommend Tiger Balm for this either.
Because, like, ouch.
You can use some plain ol' Chapstick, Burt's Bees Lip Balm, unscented lotion like Lubriderm or a stick of butter.
I personally enjoy an open jar of Vick's vapo-rub when i'm laying in bed with a stuffy head and I don't have to be anywhere where I need to stand up.

I definitely would have used plain Chap Stick if I'd had it handy, but for some reason Carmex was all that was available.
