That cannot be! I will have to imitate for you the way this guy talked; it sounded like he was on the verge of literally losing his mind.
Maybe it's like that Simpsons scene where Bart or Lisa is in the Russian part of town and the Russian dudes seem to be screaming at her, but they're actually very nicely giving her directions.
Maybe I'm just repeating what han said here.
