Jon, do you take the bus to work even though you have a car? That is a beautiful thing to do.
I'm pretty sure you're not supposed to park in front of broken meters and can get tickets for doing so.
One of my favorite sights is seeing a row of headless parking meters when they remove them from a street.
I think we should try this thing with the EMP device sometime. Though we should probably leave our cell phones in the car.
