You ever use Neosporin? That's some good stuff. I was skeptical, but it really does help cuts heal faster. But a proper amount of airing out is also important. I tend to attack with Neosporin and a band-aid during the day and then at night when I'm sleeping let it air out.
I'm going to check downstairs and see if we have any here at the office. Funnily enough, my instinct would be to Band-Aid it up during the night, because I have no control over what my body does.
It's been shown that letting wounds dry out completely actually impedes the healing process. Neosporin is good; keeping it covered is also good.
Every day something is learned!
