I would have also gone with DuckTale's own LaunchPad McQuack. An equally loveable, yet somewhat underappreciated, animated character from the 80s, who has yet to experience his 'come-back'.
I would have gone Batman the first time. Optiums Prime can't fit through small doors, and the Bat would put the fear of... well, the Bat in anyone who tried to defecate outdoors.
Batman 1st, no way. Superman maybe.
Nahhh. Batman can't accept a public office, his mystique would be diminished. Robocop, on the other hand, has prior law enforcement experience AND is probably excellent at paperwork. He could probably just eat forms and poo them out of his laserjet printerbutt.
