We're sorry that you feel that way Donald, but we were not notified until after both items were shipped. Due to the automated nature of the confirmation emails, they are often routed to your junk or bulk mail boxes. In addition, if we had been notified prior to items being shipped, it would be no problem. You did not email us until 2:40pm CST the next day, after the order was shipped. Our return policy is clearly posted on the website. While I'm sorry your experience was not what you expected, we have a exemplary record with the Better Business Bureau which I encourage potential customers to check out. Don't take my word for it, feel free to do the research. Also, feel free to read the hundreds of testimonials (pictures included) provided by our many satisfied customers @ alpinehomeair.com. In addition, if you do decide to purchase, please carefully read the required disclosures of our policies instead of just clicking the "I understand..." box. Gravatar yeah Donald, you seem like kind of a dumbshit. As you said, you don't do much online shopping so consider this a cheap mistake and education.

If in doubt about the transaction immediately call. Sounds like your experience was due to your inexperience, not Alpine's fault.
