I'm pretty sure that if he did in fact speak to the people at Promises - who, if it is a legitimate rehab center and not just another celeb resort, are bound by patient-doctor priviledges - then they most certainly violated those privileges. Lindsay is technically an adult, not a minor and her parents don't legally have a right to know about her care. So do with that what you will. Either ML is lying through his convict teeth, or Promises is just another vacation spot disguised as a rehab center.

Oh, and Earth to Lindsay - I hear your big Las Vegas b-day party is going on as planned. Your funeral is going to be the best-reviewed piece of work you'll ever appear in.
