I watched Little Shop of Horrors enough when I was little for you to recognize Ellen Greene, right?
Oh, you mean Ellen "Somewhere That's..." Greene. "Doctah." She was the young love interest in that movie, and now she's somebody's mom.

Yup, that's the one. There was even (I think) a sort of shoutout to that in the episode. She said something about Texas being so...green. I smiled, anyway.
