She can't hear you or help herself. She is mentally and needs to be under a doctor's care, if she wants to lead a normal life and spare her children a life of danger and misery. I remember when Britney use to look so HOT..She messed up big time. Its sad to see someone as talented and rich as she is to have it all go to waste. What ashame. I doubt that she can ever go back to being the same old Britney. Shame.....
