thought that was like DUI....all the rage, you don't have it, you're not in the "in" crowd....right? Did you know that there are actually dating sites geared specificlly towards the herpes "community"
off topic: how much do they pay those people...actors or otherwise to talk about their raging herpes on those Valtrex commercials??
that thought gave birth to this one....I wonder why Paris isn't like the OFFICIAL Valtrex spokeswoman

I am not surprised at the rejection rate over std's. Look at the premise of the show. These girls have no connection with the man nor even a crush and they are willing to compete for him romantically... Publicly. I think they must weed out anyone interesting, for whatever reason, if they would even try out for such a show.
Where do they get these girls ??? They seem unworldly and boring with practically sterile pasts, yet they are shameless gold diggers at the same time.
Where do they get these guys??? They have money and I'm sure they have no problem meeting great women. Do they even want this type of girl, really? I have my doubts.

What type of girls? Hot ones with vaginas? Yeah, I'd say they probably do.

Time to grow up, people.
This procedure of screening out the women who have herpes for a dating show is ridiculous and just as bad as screening out the black people. Herpes is not something that only happens to promiscuos people, it can happen to absolutely anyone and 1 out of 4 women have it! That's one quarter of all women! Most have no symptoms and don't even know they have it. They didn't choose to get it. They had sex with at least one person - which, last time I checked, wasn't evil. Hell, I know people who have gotten it who are virgins - someone's cold sore was passed to their genitals.
Why can't we portray people dealing with herpes in a normal and mature way on a tv show about dating and sex? Instead we are treating herpes as a non-issue, when in fact, a quarter of the women that the bachelor will date in real life would have it?
By continuing to pretend that herpes doesn't exist, we can all remain blissfully ignorant and the virus can continue to spread. Is that it?
For the 3 immature children who posted ignorant comments here, go get tested. because the statistics are, 1 of you has it. GROW UP, face reality, educate yourself and evolve.
If you're not mature enough to deal with the existence of herpes, you are not mature enough to be having sex.
PS - who says herpes is "raging?" 90% of people who have it don't even know it. Screw Paris, I would be happy to be the official Valtrex spokesperson when I see ignorant comments like these posted here.
