Is it possible to get Hillary on the ticket that will be voted on at the DNC convention in August? If so, how can we unite to make it happen?
She only suspended her campaign, so she still has delegates - and the delegates can change their votes, so if they decide that Obama is unelectable, she could very well still have a chance to win the nomination.
Get Rid of Obama. Hillary can still win it!
I'm not hip on Hillary either, but at least she's only a socialist - Obama is a straight out Marxist.
I'm not sure Gibbs knows the difference, but that is unimportant. Labels rarely mean what they seem to imply anyway. I am also sure I dislike some of McCain's positions for all the same reasons some here may find too moderate but the bottom line, as it is with most things, is that we all care about America. I served 8 years in the army and two wars. I have been active in military service groups and even took my turn as commander of the JWV. I think McCain is infinitely better than Obama and if I had my choice and I seldom to, I'd like to see both Hillary and McCain share a ticket. BUT since that isn't going to happen I at least want Obama defeated and I'll vote for whoever I have to to make that happen. My preference would be of course to have Hillary Clinton lead the country. She is by far the most competent person in any party.

I'm just a disgruntled democrat who feels betrayed by my sorry ass party. I live in Michigan where I have an incompetent woman governor, and our whole leadership decided to get our votes canceled anyhow.
The dems had a slam dunk election year and decided to play social experiment by running a woman (whom I abhor) against a black man (whom I dont really like). John McCain will get my vote as will anyone running against any incumbent in the state of Michigan.
Why would anyone vote for a Socialist or a Marxist? Where in the world have either of those philosophies worked to the extent that our Representational Republic has? McCain will have my vote. I seldom ever agree 100% with any candidate but I try to find the one that will keep safe America's way of life.
What make you think if you folks get rid of Barack, that we will vote for Ms clinton. We wont she still want win. Not now not ever. What your group is doing is ruining hilary's career. This is all about you and not her. She has a chance to run again piss off Barack people it's over for her.
Are you all crazy! If you put in Mccain and Palin, Hillary's chances are over to be president in 8 years. If you think she deserves it then get off the Mccain kick. Biden won't run, too old, but by then Palin will be in a position to take it all. Besides if that is the case, the Republicans will have plenty of time to overturn Roe V Wade. He had voted on four different times against women. What, are we stupid, just plain nuts or don't we care about our country and women!!
Joan, I am not crazy because I am a Conservative. I don't want Hillary as president, or anything else. But, I think what the PUMA people are realizing is what folks like me have known all along - the Democrats don't care about what the people want and are willing to do anything to manipulate the system (using media, changes of rules, etc.) to take the vote from the people and put the people they want to put into office. As for caring about our country and women, are you saying that a woman as a Democrat cares about women and is a historic move, but if the Republicans do it then it isn't historic and does not care about women?

I have to tell you I was a Republican my entire life until about four years ago when I became an Independent. I became concerned with how women were being treated by the Republicans. Mccain has voted against major women's issues four times. Women's issues will be set back big time with these two. I thought this was a strong group for Hillary and women in general, I now know that I am wrong.

We will see how many women will be happy about her views. Pick someone with "0" foreign affairs in this day and age running with an old man. We, I hope are not that crazy. Hillary was the only women that we cared about and this women does not compare.
So you are saying that Hillary who got where she is at because of her husband is better for women's rights than a woman that worked her way from the bottom without any help from "men" to become eventual governor of a state and possibly Vice President of the United States? Joan, you have it backwards in my opinion.
Definately, foreign affairs is a big issue, not religion which is all Conservatives think about.
I've got just one question for you. Where can I find the equivalent to this story on the Obama side? link I keep reading about how Obama is going to be better for women, yet he sure doesn't seem to have very many women in high positions in his campaign.

The presidency was stolen from Hillary by the DNC and Barackites!!! Obama and Michelle are "wonabees" and are not even in the same "class" of people as hillary, sarah and john. obama and axelrod are attempting to scare people into voting for him. Guess what, it won't work - he is so arrogant that he doesn't realize he has NO EXPERIENCE. Barack will have to hire over 300 of his current paid campaign employees to help him make a decision should he become president. And you think we are in a financial crisis now! By the way, I wonder how the community he was an organizer for, is doing now.
