It's a completely unscientific number based upon my own predictions. I rated him high (50%) because, even though he is still at a low level, his abilities show me reliability.

battle is easily the second fastest prospect in the yanks farm system and pushes gardner for tops on the list. you didnt even include him in the top 4 but he is definitely faster than christian, jackson and curtis.
