There seems to be much less coverage of the issues in Ireland, given the lack of indigenous energy interests in Ireland.

Frank MacDonald in the Irish Times is a complete waste on environmental issues outside planning and buildings.

The problems are probably much more serious given our lack of domestic energy reserves.

I don't know what the domestic power supply is like; somebody will have to check at some point.

Any thoughts?
