Gravatar Sleep is important... it's amazing how nasty I can be to those I love when I'm running on chronic 6 hours. I know you just got back from vacation, but you must get a day off once in a while? I was feeling a lot like you, and had the day off so slept almost all day today and I feel SO GOOD now it's almost scary. We'll see how next week goes.
