I used to hate the guy when he was on the Giants, but he's pretty cool back in the PL.
I'm split on this series.
I have a Fighters cap (first NPB game I went to was a Rakuten @ Fighters game at the T-Dome), but I've never liked them as much as the Hawks or Seibu. The Dragons are cool too (mainly favorite color driven, lol), but Ochai is chooooo uzai and I'm a bigger Hanshin fan.
Heh, I'm split on Kiyohara in general. I like him, I hate him, I laugh at him, etc, all at once.

yeah, I was saying in the jb forums that the Dragons really have the nicest uniforms in the CL -- simple, elegant, beautiful color.
Yeah, and I'm kinda glad the Dragons also drifted away from the Dodgers style too. The thematic colors are the same, but they've gone to a more modernistic font that seems to fit well. And it also looks like, from what I can tell, sort of a retro uniform too.
Hanshin has the classic Detroit Tigers uniform these days too, and that's pretty cool. But other than the Giants uniform was horrible this year, most of the teams seemed to have a good uniforms in the CL.
The PL is another story though... Softbank... Rakuten... Lotte... Ugh.
