Hey how is Dass? I remember reading a ton about him when he was drafted but not much since. What does he throw?

Hey! So that's what happened to Dass! I wondered what happened to him after the heartbreak at Koshien 2 years ago! I'm happy to see he's with a team working to get to the majors. Hopefully he'll have better luck than at Kanzei HS.

Yeah, he was picked by the Fighters in the 2006 draft. And Dass actually already made his ichi-gun debut back on May 6. I was there the day before but not that day, was pretty sad I missed it. He threw 5 innings and didn't factor into the decision.

As for what he throws, the best thing I can tell you is "baseballs". This was the first time I'd actually seen him pitching live, and he didn't stay in the game very long, only a few batters. I was concentrating more on taking pictures than on watching the pitches themselves, and I'm not much of a pitch charter to begin with. He is a really tall skinny kid though (191/78), I think he could do a lot with that height when he fills out a little.
