Seattle Marinerds

Gravatar I went to game 5 and it was a disappointment in many ways. You were lucky, getting to see the most awesumz performance by Kishi all year. I'm going to game 6, but I'm not sure who the Lions can throw out there to stop the Giants bats. But stranger things have happened, so I'm thinking the Lions will finally outhit the Giants for once to win a game and bring Kishi back for game 7. And the Three Lions (and Wyverns) Asia Series shall come true!

Gravatar Oh...ENVY! I usually don't spend much more time rooting for the Lions than you do, but I'm another one of Kishi's many fans... you chose the right night to go.
I can confess here to being a Takahiro Suzuki fan since 2003, which was about the last time he got a lot of playing time until this year. He's kind of the Akahoshi of the Giants, except that, well, he's younger and healthier. (And, okay, cuter.)
Hope for the best with the rest of the Series. Nakamura-kuuuuun, utte...

Gravatar While I would cheer for the Giants for Central League pride (which was taken away when the PL won 4 straight), but I do want to cheer for the Lions just so we can have 3 of the Four Lions in the Asia Series. :D (But I don't trust Kaz Ishii in Game 7.)

Gravatar Yeah, I have no clue who the Lions can throw out for Game 7, honestly... I don't trust Ishii either. They need Matsuzaka, and I don't mean Kenta ;)

Nadya, you know, I didn't even realize Takahiro was younger than Akahoshi... it's only by two years. But he wears the high socks much better.

Simon -- at least you got to see Kishi's OTHER good game :)
