Seguignol is no longer part of the Fighters roster. They will continue to negotiate with him. Man, after the euphoria of the Nippon-ichi, things have fallen apart rather quickly. And the owners wonder why fans are hesitant to come to the ballpark. Here's to hoping that Green tears it up.

The price paid for Igawa was just so out of wack because he doesn't really bring that much extra to the team other than being a decent fourth starter.

How do you feel about the Randy Wolf deal with L.A.?

I like Randy Wolf, and he was fairly popular in Philly. But if he's from California and they're giving him a chance to come back from TJ and all, I guess it's good for him. I haven't thought about it that much, honestly.

Seriously, 3/25 for Igawa would have been ridiculous enough even without a posting fee.

And I guess I don't trust in myself to really get all of the translations right in stuff. I'm still trying to figure out exactly what the deal is with all the Fighters defecting from the New Zealand trip...
