ohhhhhh my, aunnntie Brat..what a beautiful tribute to a true American Hero thanks for sharing, as this happens all to often to our veterans. (p.s. there should have been a tissue alert posted) hugggggles!

Brat, thanks for yet ANOTHER great post (and Marie, I'll second that tissue alert!). My grandpa -- a sailor in WWII -- passed away on Veteran's Day 1976, and I was far too young at the time to have known him very well. I hope Kenny's family appreciated what they had in him, and I'm glad he's finally at peace. What a lovely, fitting tribute.
