Gravatar Again, it's time to stand up, write, email, call ALL your government officials and ask those candidates who want to be my Commander and Chief "Where do you stand on this issue?"!!!!!

Gravatar I have become disillusioned by our President. I understood at first his steadfast desire to not desecrate his office, however in playing dead to all the b.s. in the last 7 years instead of arguing with facts, he has done more damage to the office than good. I have respected and supported his position on many things. He could take a great deal of his lost respect back by actually announcing an investigation into Berkley's actions with the end result of filing treason charges against the whole group. Many have been guilty of this, especially Americans who fund terrorist activities, and this might be a chance to send a message. I have no problem with them expressing themselves, however action is not the same as speech.

Gravatar I'm not saying much right now. But there will be much more to show & tell this coming week. I promise TB will get first shot at pictures....

Gravatar Brat, when it comes to drill and ceremony the Marines are second to none! That is a fact! Thanks for sharing!

Also, I am doing what I can too. This whole fiasco makes me sick.

Gravatar I've read everything I can about this and the only conclusion I can reach is that Berkeley really doesn't care if it a part of the United States or not.

Gravatar No matter which way I look at this it still comes out the same - SHOULDN'T BE ALLOWED TO HAPPEN! God bless those Marines for standing strong and taking the high road. And God bless all those who are standing with them. As angry as I am and as jaded as it may sound I really DO believe that justice will prevail in this.

Good thing I don't live anywhere near Berkeley or I'd probably be in jail!

Gravatar It amazes me the Marines are able to recruit in Berkley at all...Are there still normal people there or have the nutters corrupted everyone??

Gravatar Nope, Aussie, sorry to say berkeley has for as long as I can remember been called bezerkley. I lived here in the late '70's and they called it that. It is called that for the specific reason that there are no normal people there.
