A tiny amendment if I may. The phone call Gina takes at the start of the programme goes along the lines of (if I'm not mistaken) "He's not here. Please do not call back. *and the presumably she's asked why not*. She then replies 'He's dead'." So slight difference in the sequence you typed out which is profound one for me for when she took the call I recalled my many annoying experiences of dealing with telemarketers and the reason Gina provided would deter any future calls. I thought too that it was effective yet so poignantly sad all at the same time. And what was most surprising for me was my concern on how uncomfortable the telemarketeer must have felt (if it was one)!
