While I didn't really enjoy the break from the "usual," I thought it was interesting to see Paul interact with his children. It didn't feel right to me, though. I guess I was reflecting too much on my own parents split, which happened when I was about Rosie's age and my sister was about Ian's age. Of course, my dad (coincidentially also named Paul) did not have the class that Paul has, either. He totally would have taken that opportunity to throw my Mom under the bus and elaborate on all her shortcomings.
Which Paul is more typical?
