They could have easily made this entire series about Sophie! But we're learning so much about the human side of Paul from his interactions with the other patients.
Here is a question from an ethical standpoint, though: I know that Paul is a doctor, but since Sophie is a minor, does Paul have an obligation to tell someone that she showed him her breasts? I know that showing him was not sexual in nature. But does he still have an obligation to report it to someone? Hope that isn't a stupid question...
No, he doesn't have an obligation to report this. There is no boundary violation and her behavior is consistent with who she is and how she has behaved in the past.
The episodes with her certainly are the best ones.
