Eve is gorgeous. I believe the Dream in Color works very, very well. It is so striking and has so much character. The trees are fantastic. I love everything about it.
The ambiguity of the snake/flower/leaf is one of my favorite things about your design. When I was very young a wonderful person who was a neighbor cared for me. Her name was Eve. She was incredible gardener and a fabulous cook and baker. Although she died of breast cancer when I was eleven, she had a profound and positive effect on my life. I was raised in the Catholic church, and I selected my confirmation name to be Eve.
I hope you are going to offer this pattern - I would love to knit it. I will have a great deal to think about/meditate about regarding Eve, when I do.
