Ooooooooo!
I love this post of yours, today. I myself am on meds, which personally I see the value of, as long as it is not seen as "THE" solution; it's a tool. Therapy is my most favorite, most valued, and most used and useful "tool", as it were, in my struggle against/with mental illness and other stuff.
Therapy is the best thing that could happen to/with me; I LOVE it; well, ok, from time to time I get weary, or I have come into a period of resistance or just "aw, heck, therapy AGAIN already?" This is natural, I think, as one isn't always at one's best, nor in the same mood all the time. I always come back to, "Hey, I get to go to therapy! I'm going to get some work done . . . I wonder how it'll turn out today?"
Anyway. I love therapy and what it is and stuff (although of course I don't love the hard bits, the deep pains and soulful sobbing, but I do recognize they need to happen)
