I haven't been overly thrilled with a lot of the items in IK lately either, but I'll probabaly continue to get the magazine.
I still find the articles and stories of interest. I usually have at least one pattern of some interest in it, and that magazine price is about par for the cost of purchasing an individual pattern.
I am ambivalent because I have enjoyed it for years. I like to be challenged with new things in knitting and maybe it's just that case that after a while that challenge is harder to find. My subscription runs for another half year, so we'll see.
