Thanks so very much for you generousity! The pot roast looks wonderful. I bet it would be the perfect accompaniment while knitting Dayflower in some intenseley saturated fall color.
Cheryl, I really need this a great deal. Gosh, it looks doable for those of us who are challenged in the kitchen. If I were to depart this planet within the next few days (certainly before cooking your pot roast) I would not be remembered as a great cook. Not even a good cook.
