The yarn for the Arabian Nights is spectacular. I love the saturated colors.
And YIKES I have a comment that I am a little uncomfortable about making, but I am more uncomfortable about remaining silent.
When I was planning a Hanami I talked with an individual who is a master knitter and who does very extensive and elaborate bead work. When I told her that I was planning on using a bead with a silver lining she told me that she had made her mother mittens with a snowflake design. She embellished the pattern with beads that had a silver lining. My friend told me that over time the lining tarnished. Now the beads look dull and a little dirty. She was very unhappy with the result. She recommended that I use a bead called aurora borealis (ab)instead. It will have similar qualities of the bead with the silver lining but it will not tarnish.
I recognize that her experience might be a unique one. However, based upon her vast experience with beads, I took her advice.
I wanted to mention this, even if I am totally wrong about it. Still feeling a little uncomfortable but less uncomfortable had I not mentioned it.
BTW, I thoroughly enjoyed your wolf moon pictures. Last night while walking my dogs I happened to notice the moon because it was so bright. But what I saw could not compare with your pictures. I also appreciate knowing that it was a wolf moon. Thanks!

I'm glad you mentioned about the beads -- I'm going to hope that varies by bead maker. Keep your fingers crossed!
I have a thing with the full moon. I try every month to catch it near moonrise and sometimes I do. When I do, I feel like I have captured magic.
