Your pot roast looks great. I do mine in a slow cooker so I don't scorch it or run out of liquid.

I tried downloading the articles, but get an Acrobat error for all three -- Acrobat says it's unable to extract the fonts?
I reuploaded the files with different fonts -- the universal and checked them against Acrobat so they should be fine now.
