Cheryl,
I love it, too.
What do you think the yardage requirements might be? Just asking for a very rough estimate (plus or minus a skein). I purchased two skeins of moss Sea Silk and I think the color is right for Eve. The color is much brighter than the pictures depict it online. I was a bit surprised, in a good way, when I received it. I do like the Dream in Color as well. It's just that I recently was introduced to Sea Silk and I absolutely love it, and for the moment don't want to knit with anything else. (This won't last too long.)

I have 3 skeins of Dream in Color, which is 2100 yds. Because the lace pattern is fairly dense rather than open and airy, I suspect it will take all of that. I have knit about 20 inches so far and am still in the first skein. I am aiming for 86" or so.

Eve is looking so beautiful...and here I am, still learning, knitting my pathetic little dishcloths...I wonder how long it will be before I can attempt something like that.

Here is my heretical opinion -- your best bet is to move on from dishcloths as soon as you are able to knit, purl and do yarn overs and keep the right number of stitches. Don't be afraid to stretch yourself and try things that are more complicated -- its just yarn and you can rip out any mistakes and rework it. Be fearless!

Thank you for the encouragement, Cheryl!...I have found a simple lace pattern to try, and I'm off to the yarn shop today to find a colour that sings to me! Like you said...it's only yarn, and I can rip it out. (The perfectionist in me says I need to make at least a dozen perfect dishcloths before I even attempt anything like lace, but I am going to ignore her for once!)
