I really can't blame Pierce. He's a competitor. He's was just 4 free throws away from bringing the Celts the Eastern Conference and maybe a title. Then the next 3 years, management kept screwing it up..ala Vin Baker, oh..you know the rest.

Just imagine you're Pierce, but at your job. You're about get that fat bonus and recoginition - so close. Then your boss screws you over and makes work a living hell. Tell me you'd work harder than ever after 3 years of it.
