I just have to say that I called it yesterdai in my post on that "other" celtics site.... Someone on the Suns would have a record night. 74 points in the first half will be the highlight of some of these guys season.
Absolutely man, great call. I thought the C's would stall on offense, but they turned it on in the second half. Both of us also said that Justin Reed probably wouldn't play (3 minutes of garbage time doesn't constitute being activated for "matchup purposes").
Did you hear Walter's quote of "let's not talk about it" when he was asked about being a Celtic for the rest of the season? Real team-first attitude.
Yeah... He is a winner. Although, I will give him credit for really coming out and trying in the first half. It is just too bad that he doesn't do that all season instead of only on audition nights for a new gig.
But the offense did look great. If we switch to some man defense instead and everybody keeps up scoring 119 points, we are going to be a real tough team. Just like Chicago found out last night.
