sorry about the injuries. good to have you guys back. there were some things that happened in the playoffs that I'm sure you'll sink your teeth into and say 'see I told you so!' but Pierce was/is a productive NBA player, albeit in serious need of some guidance that is NOT Walker/Payton. Maybe he'll never get it and be one of those guys that the NBA is trying to shed (see, steve francis, Bonzi Wells etc) and maybe Ainge does deal him but I hope that you'll note the games Pierce did play well in though, and not concentrate on the Tinsley flop.

When I started my Pierce rants at that pussy sell-out site, Pierce was coming off a very poor year, and his play was dramatically declining since his great ’02 season. This past season started like ’04 ended, he sucked. I thought his play hurt the team just as much as the poor attitude.
Now, I will be the first to admit that he did play much, much better the second half of the season, but it’s clear that the attitude is now hurting the team – especially when we got such a young club.
Yes, ass, I'd like the beef and broccolli now.
