Gregs' postgame interview with Marcus Banks was classic BigDickerson as well. "Are you playing hard so that you can be in the starting lineup?" and another question so stupid that Marcus's answers were of the nature "Of course, asshole" made me pine for Willie Maye. It's inevitable that before the year is out the BigDick will ask an interviewee if they like the fact that the ball is round, and is winning really better than losing.
Good game, Marcus really pushes the ball. Loved the Jerrerson 2nd, although once Pierce came in, Al didn't get another shot.
Tittyfuck, the first question he asked him at halftime was if he was trying to prove to the Celtics management that he should be re-signed. The guy just ran off the court and was nice enough to consent to do a stupid 20 second interview, and that's what BigDick hits him with? Unbelievable. I agree RickyD, I think it was a fools gold win. Nonetheless, it was a quick game that ended up with a W, so I didn't feel as if my life was unfairly wasted watching it.
Weird that there haven't been any trades anywhere in the NBA yet. Gotta think Earl Watson winds up with us or Indiana eventually.

I can't really see alot of bargaining chips on the Celtics. Someone can't rent Banks from us, take an albatross, or we have to give up a significant portion of our roster to make a move that benefits the franchise. It just doesn't make sense to me that we can do any trades that really help us. To get rid of Raef or Scabs we need to include Ricky or Pierce. No one is going to give us a premier scorer for that trash bundle. We also would need to take back a similar amount of salary. Anyone looking to get out of salary cap hell wouldn't want to get Raef for the next three hundred years at $1 billion per year (P.S. I want his agent). We could attach Al to a trade and then we might as well sell the franchise to Vegas, because our potential future scorer is gone.
We should trade Pierce and bundle him with garbage, lose the next 40 games and then grab a nice high draft pick. The draft is not week, people who say that are idiots. Has anyone ever seen a weak draft?
Fuck the people who think they know drafts anyway. Kobe went 13th... 7 lower than Toine in that draft. Can we get a re-pick?

We picked Ron Mercer over T-Mac, three picks that all vanished in 2001, 2 over RJ and all 3 over Dalembert and Tinsley. Pick smart, pick well, and we CAN rebuild through the draft.
We also NEED to play the players we've picked. Rebuilding is a slow process, not an overnight adventure. The sooner CelticsWorld realizes that the better this team will be.
Don't forget Coc. Nothing is more aggravating than someone who never learns, Coc still isn't playing Perk in the fourth quarter, and treats the vets differently than the youngsters. Wake up, Coc.

yeah, I'm with you too RickyDF. In fairness to PO, that's pretty much what he advocated last season. You can't keep rebuilding this house on the same shitty foundation. I think it's been great watching Pierce play well, but he'll be out of the league by time we're truly competitive. Build through the draft and keep the fans interested by letting the actually see guys like Gerald Green develop on the court. Fuck yeah RickyDFan!

We might be like last years Atlanta team, but now look at Atlanta this year. They are only 4 games behind us, with a few more quality wins. We could probably still beat them in a 7 game series, but think about next year? Who is going to want to play that team then!
