Thanks for the recap, I had a hard time watching the game over the football championship.
Did Blount pose for pictures while Wallace was running all over the court?

awhile back Willie made a reference to McSweeneys, which I had heard about (due to my David Foster Wallace worship) but had never checked out. Holy fucking god is that a great site. Jerky and I have been laughing about this article for the past hour... http://www.mcsweeneys.net/2005/5...05/5/

The football game was the best thing I hae seen on television. Now I just hope Vince Young goes first in the draft.
Additionally I hope he shoves his foot straight up Leinart's ass. The little prick saying they were a better football team on the way out of the stadium. Fuck him.
That is like the C's saying they are a better basketball team than well.... just about anyone.

it's like a koan for the mentally ill... perfect. That site has totally ruined me. Who gives a fuck about the Celtics when I can read fanciful stories about the minutia of defending Teen Wolf?

Hell, seeing Fudgepack Mountain beats watching a Celtics game these days.

Keep faith alive... We are only 5 games out of last place in the NBA (which still puts us in the middle of the hunt for EC playoffs).
I would rather we get the 1-5 slot in the draft, than get smoked by the Pistons in the first round. Does anyone have a different opinion than that?

RickyDFan, I agree COMPLETELY. I just need to see some personel movement as well, like moving Pierce for another pick and getting rid of Blount.

Think we can still get Chris Paul for him? That would be sweet. I would take any of the young stars Chicago has too. Although they may reluctant to deal them. Ben Gordon is having an off year and might be able to be pryed away with their knicks pick for PP. And no, I have no idea how cap rules work, nor do I care to learn.
We are definitely in for a make over on the veteran side of the roster. If that doesn't happen I am willing to bet that there is a shake up in the management staff.

I'd do it too, rdfan. I don't know if you saw it, put it appears we had Paul (3rd pick) and VanExcel for Pierce last June but Pierce made it known that he wouldn't report to Portland.
Deng or Gordon or Hinrich plus Thomas for cap reasons and the Knick's #1 us a fucking dream.

I saw the trade for CP of PP. I would still try it. That kid could be a real good point in this league for the next decade.
