No thinking person believes Baird's involvement in the whole light rail/Ottawa election fiasco was anything but politically motivated, and I believe (hope?) there is much more to come.
As for Baird being your second least favoured Conservative politician, I must admit I would have a hard time ranking the top (worst?) half dozen, including Baird, Flaherty, hizzoner hisself, and a handful of others. But it's still fun to try.

Ah, it brings me back to the first day of the McGuinty government in 2002, when Dalton informed the Legislature that he and Ernie Eaves had lied about the provincial surplus and that we actually had a $6 billion deficit? He had to be physically restrained and removed from Queens Park by the OPP guards.
