Yea, it's been a long absurd dance through the system. It seemed like they wanted Truscott to look like he had "reformed" rather than take any responsibility for a very bad decision.
The strength of this man to carry that sort of burden for so long is unbelievable. How much the government pays him for stealing his life will never be enough.
