Dr. Forbush Thinks

Gravatar Woody kinda did write that.

Bush is just selling this country to the highest bidder, like always, helping out his corporate buddies.

Gravatar There's nothing wrong with a good government handout. Just as long as it goes to boost the bonuses of billionaire CEOs and not to give people a chance to raise from poverty. This is actually economical. There are a lot more poor people than corporate CEOs, and none of them are friends of the president anyway.

We must protect the deep end of Scrooge McDuck's money vault. If we do not, the terrorists have won.

Gravatar This whole idea of "compensating" developers for complying with environmental laws is a crock of shit. One Democratic Congressman from W. Virginia said it would be like paying people to obey traffic laws.

This gutting of the Endangered Species Act has less chance of being passed in the Senate (I hope).

Gravatar Not only that, but the latest transgression of the SCOTUS on the decision to allow for eminent domain siezures of private lands should be rather worrisome - Particularly in places were conservation oriented organizations have purchased large swaths of land with the sole purpose of protecting the lands from any kind of development and preserving that natural habitat.
