As far as transpeople go, I think the CEI is a sham. Only 27 percent offer a surgical benefit YET an employer that offers short term medical leave will get the same rating as one who offers a surgical benefit.
I think you have a point there, Marti. I included your blog post on the issue in my "Important items from other blogs" section. At the same time, however, I'm glad the data is out there, and I'm glad that HRC is keeping track, even if I don't always agree with their analysis of the situation.
