Based on other remarks attributed to Frank, I don't trust him for a moment. He is a politician. He is introducing a trans inclusive version not because he cares about protection of transgender people, but so (1) he can cover himself politically, and more importantly (2) so he can "compromise" later and strip away trans protection as a way to aid this bill's passage.
Which is precisely what he did last time if you'll recall.
I will not believe him until the ink is dry from the presidential signature.
