I saw that you crossposted this entry as a diary on Daily Kos. I also wrote a diary on ENDA today concerning the other changes made to the bill with regard to religious organizations, retaliation, etc. There should be a link to this diary next to my name.

Given your law degree, I was wondering if you can comment on some of these other changes as well.

Thank you for this! In discussing ENDA, I feel on solid historical ground for why the LGBT coaltion exists, but not so confident for the legal implications. This is a very clear presentation of those and I am very grateful to have it.
