It is about the University of St Andrews in Scotland decision to award an Honorary Doctorate to Mullah Khatami, the Islamic regime's smiling charlatan who seems to have won the heart and mind of so many "beautiful people" of the West whose knowledge about the Islamic regime is shallow and who don't seem to comprehend or give a damn about the Iranian people's plight and sufferings under the Islamic regime's tyranny.
